Cylindrical locks require drilling a cylindrical hole in the face of the door for the lock chassis, and then prepare a separate preparation for the latch on the edge of the door. Cylindrical Lock With Lever Handle is also sometimes called "drill locks" because of the way they are prepared. Most locking features fit into the same door preparation.
In mortise locks you only need to turn a lever to unlock the latch and latch, but in cylinder locks, you have to lock and unlock the latch and latch separately. Overall, we can easily say that mortise locks are stronger and more secure than cylindrical locks.
